That's one of the only things I do in a chat room. Observe. I'm not too much of an outspoken person, I'm pretty quiet., reguardless of the place or situation I'm in. I just prefer to listen or read.

just go to http://www.mirc.com and download mIRC, it's the best IRC program out there imo.

Oopsie. But yes, try mIRC, it's the most used IRC client. And yes, it really took me a month to come up with that answer.
