My Son's addiction would be the TELEPHONE!!!!!:D
He sometimes literally stays on it all night! It gets annoying because we have only one phone line&when he is on the phone I have to give up my own addiction: Internet.
But, since school started back he's only on half the night.
He likes the Internet, too but the worst punishment in the world is taking away his phone privileges. Thats how I get him to keep pretty much on the straight&narrow. But, that won't work much longer so we have compromised---whenever he gets a job he is going to pay for a second phoneline. That way everyone will be happy. I'm not holding my breath!

I voted for music. I mean technically we cant live without food for more than three weeks anyway so thats a trick question. I can (and do) live without the other options, it's not a big deal.

I love Incense, too--but, I never thought of it as an adiction. I usually burn a few sticks a day especially on Rainy days when I cannot open the windows to air the house out. It gets stuffy&the air gets stale.
My favorite scents are Egyptian musk, Coconut, Sex on the Beach(a mixture of coconut&tropical fruit),Raspberry, Night Queen, Opium, Love, China Rain, and Black Orchid. I also have a few skin Oils to match the scents--I buy my Oils& Inscense from Old Glory&AzureGreen, mostly. There was a guy in New Jersey whose prices were reasonable&had products of very good quality, but I think he went out of business.

I love Colas, too. But I stopped buying so many. When I buy, I buy Diet Colas. Now I have started drinking more Coffee&Tea! Actually, its really the CAFFIENE I'm addicted to, not Coffee or Cola, per se!
I drink about 3 pots of Coffee a day--of course my son&any company I have drinks some of that stuff, too. But, I love the taste of Coffee&the smell of freshly brewed coffee is wonderful!And, Irish Cream flavored coffee is terrific!

Video Games all the way. I'm a competitive gamer. I hold one world record at the moment, with four more on the way: Fastest completion for Solstice, Super Mario World, Mega Man 2, and Mega Man 5, and Fastest 100% completion of Mega Man X.

Then of course there's music. Iron Maiden, Strato, Nightwish, In Flames, Dream Theater, Dragonforce, Dio, Yngwie, etc.

I like coffee a lot. Also Coke but I don´t have any special vice! When I was younger I used to scape to the mountains around the place I live, it was like a surviving competition or so, but now I am too busy.

When my son was about 6 years old he developed an addiction to video games that bordered on unhealthy. This went on for about 6 or 7 years--I think it was an escape from reality from the turmoil our family was going through at the time.
When I divorced, his addiction to games slowly over a period of couple years disappeared. Eventually, he sold most of his systems&games. Now, he just uses Ninetendo64&a few Computer Games only occasionally.
His addiction served a purpose, to help him cope with the psychological/emotional/mental pressure he was under during those few hard years.....Or, maybe he just grew out of them!

Whatever---I'm glad he chose games to help him deal/cope with his problems instead of other more harmful substances--after all, video games can't kill you if you get addicted!

videogames are a sign of the times.... I also was a child of divorced, but I really got into reading. I couldn´t be anywhere at anytime whitout a book. It was something patologic. On the other side, it was good: I learnt a lot.
