It's very easy. You just paste the link in, where we can find your picture. We have to click on it, and watch your pic. :)

Or the other way is to use the Img button above (under the Subject line), and paste the link between the [ img ] [ /img ].

For example:
[ img ]http://thelinkfyourpicture[ /img ]

The only difference is, that you must not push the space between the character [ and the word img.

You can also upload it to www.photobucket.com, they give unlimited space, they only limit you to 250 kB per one picture ...
