Indeed, but it's not just the music that gets me to listen to them time after time. The lyrics themselves are pure genius as well, especially the ones that give a special meaning to certain aspects of your life.browneyedgirl wrote:This is a good topic---I'm gonna bump it up!
I think most people who hear Strato&give them a chance become somewhat addicted/hooked to their music.
I did not stop buying their CDs until I had gotten them all! The only major CD I have not gotten has been The Past&Now, and I think its quit being made.
Well, when I say music, I mean lyrics, too. And most of the songs do mean something. They are not simply bump&grind songs you dance to, but songs that talk about life, love,happiness&self-reflection/acceptance. They have feeling. They come from the writer's heart(TT&TK) as if they understand. There are also songs about historical&worldly things such as We are the Future&4th Reich. The Love songs are beautiful&touching. They are real tearjerkers&do not express the sexual/sensual side of love, but the deep feelings that come from the heart&soul, where lasting love springs forth.Agent Orange wrote:Indeed, but it's not just the music that gets me to listen to them time after time. For instance, they helped me through a deep depression I had in June/July of 2004 with Dreamweaver, that song just felt like it was written for me personally!
I could give more examples, but I can't think of them right now, so I'll probably get back on that later.
Late 1998-early 1999, don't remeber exactly. VH-1 used to have "Friday Rock Show" where I saw SOS, Kiss Of Judas and some other Strato video few times ...browneyedgirl wrote:Shurik wrote:SOS video on VH-1 ...
