ProgPower 2005

Post by Lucid Faia » Tue Feb 22, 2005 3:59 am

I'm going. I know that tickets aren't on sale yet, but that won't make a difference. I am going. In fact, my friends and I are going to be at our computers, mashing refresh at TicketMaster, on the day that the tickets go on sale. I've been waiting for this.

I see there's two more bands to be announced for ProgPower, and I'm wondering who they'll be. Maybe Dragonforce? *gets hopes up*

Anyway, I may be seeing some of you this September.

Nightwish will be there the night before? I hope you're right, but I don't see anything like that on their website.

It hasn't been made "official" on the NW site, but Ticketmaster is selling them already. Got mine! Still, could change, but it's looking good!

Oh and I'm definitley going to be at ProgPower. Booked the hotel back in Jan.

That's cool. It was the same thing when Children Of Bodom came to Columbus. It wasn't on their website either.

Is Jens reading this? You should call Herman Li of Dragonforce and persuade him to come. :)

Change of plans. That tour has now been cancelled, according to Ticketmaster and a number of the venues. :(

Still, ProgPower is gonna rock and we'll finally have Strato here for the first time!!

My friend thinks that Sonata Arctica will be with Nightwish in Atlanta. Is he right?

Maybe! It says "And guests" on my tickets. I could ask Jani and find out.
That would be totally cool.
Maybe Sonata arctica will even play at prog power? There are 2 more bands to be announced!

As for ProgPower, one of the two bands left appears to be a headliner. My friends and I are all hoping for Dragonforce.
