Hi !
I`m not a guitarist, but I`m very interested in guitars, drums and basses and the different kinds.
Well, you guys, what do think is the best guitar for metal and gothic and music like that ?
My favorite guitars - sound wise - are Gibson, ESP and Ibanez. Fender I don`t like, all Fender guitars I heard sounded a little weak. I think tey`re not good for metal or gothic.
But, hey, I´m not a guitarist.

I own a Jackson DX6 DMB X Limited Edition... really sweet sound, and rarely ever gets out of tune, even if only a slight bit

I got two guitars!

The main one is an ESP F-100. But instead of the normal humbuckers you see on pictures on Espguitars.com, I got mine with Seymor Duncan pickups

Strange.... The other one is a stratcopy with a Jackson head. Bought it used for about 60$

Thing is it is very good to play on, and sounds really good. Never been able to identify what brand it is though...

Epiphone '67 flying V Alpine white. great GREAT sound to it, very good tone. To make things better I bought it for 350 and just this afternoon found it in my musicians Friend catalouge for 999

I also have a yamaha 'fake strat' that i play a lot more (Im still kinda afraid to play the V since i dont want to ding it on something) but if you've seen a Stratocaster you've see nthe yamaha.. its blue...

Many strat style guitars here btw... my next one will be something Les Paul like... just not an original one i assume

Same here with V. I mean it's a sister model of Explorer which I love but for some reason V doesn't do it for me. And it's not much harder to play than Explorer although sitting down with it... well, not comfortable. It's just the way it looks, me no likes.

Man, it's been a long time since I've written in this forum

So, I have 6 guitars, but my most beloved and extravagant one is my NJ Series BC Rich Beast, which I've found logical to equip with Seymour Duncan pickups. It's transparent blue, man... beautiful... and the sound kicks your ass !!!

I also have a Samick SA-11, a Fender Precision Bass Special V, a Fender Strataccoustic, an Alvaro 30 classical guitar, and a noname 12-string accoustic.

I gat a gibson les paul black beauty 68' , it was granpa's guitar then he passed to my dad , then he passed it to me , really nice guitar

i just bought a few days ago a gibson jimmy page custom , im just waiting for it to arrive

actually they are , the gibson jimmy page custom was at 20.000$ but i bought it at 16 , and i believe the black beauty is around 3.000 $

I have a Gibson Gothic SG, lower grade Gibson guitar but sounds great, hell of alot better than any of the other crap iv seen and used, Ibanez for one, hate em!!!
