ATTENTION! SPOILER IS ADDED TOO! IF YOU LIKE SURPRISES, THEN DON'T TAKE A LOOK AT THIS TOPIC TILL YOU NOT ATTENDED THE SHOW!
I will tell my experiences in Vienna later in the Show in Vienna topic. You'd better read that first.

So I got up to the train, I was coming home to Budapest. I arrived at 13:05 at Keleti, than met a friend of mine at 13:45 to get the drinks. I arrived to the PECSA at 14:45. Timo Kotipelto came out to have a walk at around 15:00. There were only 10 fans around, and of course he had to give signatures for them.

Later Jens came out for the drinks (I hope, you liked them), and he had to give signatures too. I have a photo with him (click).
10 minutes after Jens went inside, Lauri came out, and asked, if we know, where the plaza with the angel statue is. It is the Hősök tere (Heroes square), and I showed him, which road to take to get there... it isn't hard to get there, so I think, he managed to do so.

At 19:00 we were let inside, but we had to wait for the indoors door to be opened too, so this was a very bad thing for me... I couldn't get to the middle, though I still could be in the first row, I was on the very left side just in front of the loudspeakers.

Now I'm going to talk about only the Stratovarius show. (I can't remember the setlist correctly... so I might edit this post in the near future, when I get the setlist)
For about 15-20 minutes you could see some videos played on the big screens. They showed the Wacken Show, The Reahearsals and the American Tour. During the last two minutes of this video collection you could hear a classical song. This intro was the same as on the Elements Tour. I really liked it. Just before the start, Tolkki and Lauri stood up to the highstage (the curtains were transparent).
And the curtains were falling, and the legions were calling, while Hunting High & Low was played. Good choice starting with this song, and not with Maniac Dance. The second song was Speed of Light, started immediately after the ending of HHAL. The crowd was so amazing, that we didn'"t have to shout for too long during the break in the solo. The Kiss of Judas was the third song. After it, Koti said, that "It's fucking great to be back in Budapest, Hungary. We all know, that Finnish and Hungarian people once were one nation, and it's good to be on the same old root/rout again." (I bet, it was root). Then came Maniac Dance, SOS... and finally DESTINY. Oh My God! I know now even more, why I am loving this song so much.

Against the Wind!!! No comment. \m/
Then came the solo of Laurri. He was funny and insane.

Koti: "You know, the crowd in Hungary is so good, that when we are going to Budapest, it feels like we are Coming Home."

They played Coming Home! They really did! I have a record of it (my camera is not good at recording voices, so only the visual part would be enjoyable for you). The lyrics were changed btw. "I am coming home to Budapeeeeeeheeest!"

The atmosphere was so great, I couldn't imagine, what can come now (ok, I could, I was on the show in Vienna too

The times are changing so fast, that we soon get into the father time.

And now the band went out. The screens showed us some words/lines that I can't recall perfectly. The and was: UNITED.

Then came the trio of Hymn to Joy - Paradise acoustic (only the refrain) - Forever. We sang forever about 15 times louder than Austria. I'm sorry to say this, but the Austrians (except for the people in the first 3 rows) were fucking lazy or I don't know what, but they didn't sing along too much. Stratovarius was really satisfied with Budapest.
Eagleheart was played here too... and surprisingly, this song was very much liked by the audience. They knew the lyrics very well.
The ending was of course Black Diamond. We gave our last powers to headbang, \m/ and shout as much as we can. The StratoGuys thanked us for that evening, and they throed in some guitar picks and drum sticks. Tolkki actually looked at me and throwed the pick in my direction, but everyone tried to get it from me, so it fell down... but nobody knew it, except for me.

Jörg did his "blowing the beer to the sky".

All in all, this was maybe the best concert ever. The only competitor is the show in 2003, of course by Stratovarius.

I bought a StratoHammer shirt for 3000 forints. In Austria, it would have costed about 4500Ft...
