Ok, so if there are no proper grounds for dismissal, then don't take it! What is wrong with you people?! If someone tried to fire me for a bullshit reason I'd give them a nightmare. I'd make them not want to come into work in the mornings, you can bet on that. Seek legal advice, a letter from a legal firm will scare the hell out of them if they're trying to dismiss you without proper grounds.
