well, at least you said that reggaeton sucks :p... that was the point,
about if it's art or not, is only my point of view... haha
but everybody should know that there are music that isn't good, like reggaeton... really this music has nothing of good :s... since the music is created totally by a computer.
Okay. A lot of music is created by the computer. For example a lot of Video Game soundtracks back in the day for example. Was that music bad? Is music that is created totally by a computer (which is wrong. You always need a human to make the music. Even if he just sits in front of a PC) always bad? I don't think so.
no! D:
there are lots of music created by computer that is awesome, Electronic Music, or Trance for example, also the videogames music, i personally love the music from MegaMan X and X3, :p...
but.. in Reggaeton, that music created by computer really sucks..
i think if a music is created by computer.. hmm.. i don't know how to explain but i think music executed by humans are better than virtual instruments cause.. almost anybody can do that, and it's ok, but music executed by humans is better i guess.

You're wrong again. Doing music on the pc also needs skills. Maybe not the same skills that you need to make music with instruments, but still. It needs skills to make this stuff.

But this ist still wrong. it is not "almost anyone". Most ppl I know, including myselfe, don't know how to do it. It isn't just something you learn in like 5 minutes. But let's just get back to topic.

Almost anyone in the same way that anyone can learn to play a instrument. A skill set is a skill set.

Got my copy of AoA today and after listening to it just once I have to say it kicks asses! Can´t name my favourite tracks yet, but I liked Gus´s voice the best in Behind the Mask.

Actually, the drumbeat in the beginning of "Heart of it All" reminds me of "In the Air of Tonigh" by Phol Colins.

It's cool, I didn't think of it as a negative comment, I remember you telling me how much you liked the "jesus he knows me" song, so I was just adding to your comment really

On the subject of Age of Aquarius, does anyone else notice the similarities between the opening of "Into The Future" and the Firewind song "Mercenary Man"? I caught it right away and had a good laugh over how similar they really are... I mean, it's not like it's a blatant and total ripoff or anything like that, but it was just amusing.
Oh, and here's a link to that Firewind song if you wanted to check that out yourself:

Sonata Arctica's Victoria's Secret has almost the same intro too.

if they are almost the same, then any two random songs are. the note progressions and rythems are so different in each song.

this is all sort of like saying " men have penises" and acting like that's a profound or interesting observation.

Hey, I like listening to Reggaeton.

You know, in the clubs it's much more fun to dance to Wisin&Yandel than to the latest tune of Mozart

Seems like it'll still take some time until everybody understands that there is no "good" and "bad" music..
Oh, and according to Wikipedia, Reggaetón
is actually music

As with most everything in life it's all about personal taste, what you like isn't what the next person is going to like.

"New Era" was a great album, but I really didn't like AoA, except the title song and "Into the Future".

Got confused about it, earlier at night I was talking to a friend how "New Era" was originally written to be the next Strato album with the name "RR"

I don't like at all AoA, I think that was to rushed, some song are monuments to the boring, "The Heart of all, Kyrie Eleison, So she wears black, Ghost of fallen grace", thats a lot of SLOW

.
Plus that i don't like the vocalist

And at some moments he tries way to hard to sound like Timo K.
