Haha I see everybody has the same thing: As soon as you start the forum, the video starts to play! At first I thought I was going crazy because I didn't see the video. And I dind't have any Media Player running! So I thought my PC was playing music by itself.
About the video, IT ROCKS!!! It did load a bit slow. But no problem playing it. It worked perfectly! Great job guys!

Story: sink or swim. Or or, or and?
Okay, first things first: it really starts to anoy me that the clip starts automaticly.
And now about the post: What? I don't really get it. Your video was just performing in front of a CGI background. With story I mean something like this:
<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/n5s_bQ-iz3E&hl ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/n5s_bQ-iz3E&hl=de&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

I love to see when you all make the music and I hate those stupid "storyvideos" that brings nothing to the song.
If done right it can add something to the song. And sorry, I just don't like videos in which the Band is just standing and playing their song.
And now that I watch it again, I think there is a bit too much smoking and the light from the background should've been tuned down a bit.
The video is wonderful!!!! I like a lot the sci-fri atmosphere and fits a lot. And I PREFER a lot these kind of videos where I can see the band. Awesome!
And now we'll have the song with better quality by extracting the audio track form the video too!!

if it were up to me id release the vid to the public now well technically it is but theres not really any thing to change the i like the vid the way it is and actually at higher rez you can make more out cause im watching on a 26" HD monitor so let her go if you so choose Jens. ...for viewing pleasure if you have a high quality file of this for us board members to get a better look at it that would be highly appreciated but not nessecary
Video loads and plays no problems; no stutter. Startled me at first, since I went to the last page of the thread, originally and couldn't find the damn thing. "What video?!!" duh.
Anyway, I think a performance video was the perfect choice for the first glimpse of the band since the hiatus and fracas. It's somewhat affirming to see them all playing with such energy and enthusiasm. Just that bit of background imagery to add atmosphere was enough. There was some washout from glare at times, which I had thought at first might just be the angle of my flat screen. But overall great video and completely appropriate for the first video, especially considering the heavy instrumental focus of the song.I think a video with a story line would have been a bit trite and distracting for this particular song.
Sometimes when you read the stratoforum you get to see stuff before anyone else.. and also you become a guinea pig / beta tester.
It's the first time I try to host a large file here on Dreamhost which will get a lot of hits over the next months... So, does it load? Does it stutter? Could you please let me know, do we need to put this on youtube instead? I like the picture quality and stereo sound of the file above though. It would be good if it worked.
(And hey, if you were able to watch it, what do you think?)
I guess will make a news item about this tomorrow, then the rest of the world will get to see it too, not only you stratoforum addicts
This file was way too large for my mobile broad band...(mokkula). The Youtube -version worked.
The video looked great . But the cutting was not that good, I mean when you were playing the great solos, in the picture there was not showing who was playing... Please can you work with that?
Of course, but I don't want to mute the music I'm listening to
And I'm not too good with double-music-listening
The song and video is so great that I guess I easily can get used to being interrupted by it
(Or I should probably stop surfing this forum when I am supposed to do something else).

It was slow to download with my 1M broadband connection too. But then it worked fine and I liked it.

Video loads fast and runs smoothly, it's also very good video I'm not really a fan of any music video but this one was one those fews which I watched from begining to the end
