Not every band does things in the same way, some bands like to reveal things at the last minute as they feel it adds to the anticipation, now I'm not saying this is always an effective strategy however it's been done many times before.

"Jorn Lande, the singer who left Masterplan during the writing process of MKII, is back on the old nest.
The frontman left because he couldn't get along with drummer Uli Kusch.
Because of Kusch' leaving there are no obstacles anymore for the return of Lande."

Wait, what? He left because of Uli? What the hell? The lest time I checked the story was that he left because he wanted to do Hardrock and they wanted to do Power Metal. And if he left because of Uli, why didn't he return after Uli was kicked a few weeks after he left? Anyway, as long as he is back I'm happy!

I don't think they would write it if it isn't based on facts. We're talking about Heavy Metal Magazins here and not about gutter papers.

Jan basicly said that everyone already knows who it is. I see that as a hidden confirmation. And we won't hear it from the band because Roland seems to get turned on by "desprate" fans.

Actually, MKII wasn't bad. It was good. DiMeo did a good job on his own songs. But he completly ruined Jorn's Songs on tour.

He left in 06 because of problems with the sound and apperently because he coldn't get along with Kusch. A month later Uli Kusch was fierd. They got Mike Terrana (every Band in the god damn world!) and Mike DiMeo (Ex-Riot, The Lizards, Tenpoint) as replacement. On September of 08 an E-Mail was published that said Mike is no longer working with the band. In January this year it was made official. And now he is back.

With jorn being on the THE voices of melodic rock and metal, i would just like him doing more masterplan and brazen abbot like stuff than his solo stuff that i don't enjoy as much.

I have to agree. I mean, it rocks but I'm missing the "Oh WOW this is awesome!" moments from his stuff with Masterplan, Millenium, Mundanus Imperium, Beyond Twilight or Avantasia. The best tracks form "Lonely are the Brave" are Stormbringer (which is obviously a Deep Purple Cover) and Hellfire (which is a song from Beyond Twilight). I dunno why, but his solo CDs never knocked my socks off like his projects did. The rock nevertheless.

See this as a confirmation. If the article was wrong, they would've said it. They only said that Jorn didn't leave because Kusch. Jorn is back.

It does mean that he is back. If it was just a fake, they would've said that it isn't Jorn. The fact that they only say the story with Ulli is wrong proves it.
