How many "Kill the King" Cover versions are there?

I'm curious on how many studio recording covers of Kill the King exist. I'm talking about the Rainbow song, not the Megadeth song.
I'm aware of the Jorn Cover, the Stratovarius Cover, the Grave Digger Cover, the Primal Fear Cover, the Catch the Rainbow Cover and The Reign of Terror Cover. are there any more?

It sure is popular song to cover. Heathen and Tarot have also made it.

I have heard all the mentioned versions, except for the Reign Of Terror -one and I think Jorn's version is the greatest by far.

The only think I don't like is that it doesn't have the intro. I actually took the song and edited the intro of the Primal Fear version into it via Audiacity.
