Re: Setlist Polaris Tour
If you had bothered to read the forum, or use search you would have found several topics about setlist, and how the band has chanched it during the tour...Fed123 wrote:Who knows a setlist of the new polaris tour can post it here

DESTINY I love this song!!!Ragehead91 wrote:
This set list is great, to be perfect they should play We hold the key, S.O.S & Galaxies too
Re: Setlist Polaris Tour
It pisses me when peolpe make new topics and ask same questions over and over again, instead of using search for 2 minutes, or taking a quick look at the recent topics.thefreeone wrote:are u angry? hahaTero-75 wrote:If you had bothered to read the forum, or use search you would have found several topics about setlist, and how the band has chanched it during the tour...Fed123 wrote:Who knows a setlist of the new polaris tour can post it here

Re: Setlist Polaris Tour
Wow that setlist is crazy so perfect!!
Re: Setlist Polaris Tour
I hope they DON'T play Higher We Go here in The Netherlands!!! I love the song, but live TK just can't sing the chorus. It's too high and every live version I've seen so far he is awfully out of key. So I hope they skip Higher We Go in Amsterdam!
Re: Setlist Polaris Tour
You are a real sunshine,Rikkertje.
Re: Setlist Polaris Tour
Well it's just what I think. TK is my favorite singer of all times and there are lots of songs wich he can sing perfectly live. But not Higher We Go. So I hope they choose a different fast song like Blind or something.
I still hope they play something like this:
Intro
Deep Unknown
Forever Free
The Kiss of Judas
Blind
Eagleheart
Winter
Speed of Light
King of Nothing
Destiny
Forever is Today
Coming Home
Emancipation Suites I & II
Against The Wind
Forever
Black Diamond
--
Falling Star
United
--
Legions
That would be awesome!

I want "Fight!!"
It's so under rated... and so beautifull... well to me. Does anybody agrees with me?

Maybe it's because I get into some maniac weird phases... I got to understand some songs in this album have such a strong "crazy" sad feeling within... I like that, makes me think of my self a few years back... xDpalarmux wrote:Actually no, but it is not bad song. Maybe it could be in some gig some timeHinatAArcticA wrote:I want "Fight!!"

Being honest, I don't think I'll ever listen to that song live. Nor by Starto nor RR

If you wanna hear the song live you should get some of the bootlegs recorded in france 2005 or the DVD in Moscow 2005 they played fight in that shows.HinatAArcticA wrote:Maybe it's because I get into some maniac weird phases... Yup. Among the very best of the black album and one of the most encouraging and rocking Strato songs of all time in fact. I like its supportive feel.HinatAArcticA wrote:I want "Fight!!"

Re: Setlist Polaris Tour
Hmm the only thing that bothers me is that Season Of Change is gone. Other than that this is very close to perfection (I'd personally remove Father TIme and Deep Unknown and add United and The Abyss Of Your Eyes).

Re: Setlist Polaris Tour
Well those aren't exactly slow songs, right? Besides, it could be argued that they replaced VIsions with Will My Soul Ever Rest In Peace?, that's gotta be considered a "slowdown" according to your parameters.Kmasters wrote:Mmm Remove Two Fast songs for two Slow i think is a little risk i dont think they do thatfernandotcl wrote:Hmm the only thing that bothers me is that Season Of Change is gone. I'm not complaining though, I think the setlist is great and it's an improvement over previous setlists, I think. Stratovarius is the kind of band which has created so many fantastic songs over the years that it's impossible to please all fans, even with a 18-song setlist.

Re: Setlist Polaris Tour
Father Time was the best and most energetic song of the night at the NYC show. Thats just my opinion though. I wouldnt replace it for anything.fernandotcl wrote:Hmm the only thing that bothers me is that Season Of Change is gone. Needs more Visions and Season of Change (my fav Stratovarius song ever)
Re: Setlist Polaris Tour
I like the setlist a lot, although I still miss Visions, Season of Change, Eternity, Will the Sun rise? Anyway I am looking forward to seeing them in January in Madrid :banana1:
Re: Setlist Polaris Tour
I saw them in Cleveland on the 24th, and this is the setlist they played, minus Forever and Legions. Great show!
Re: Setlist Polaris Tour
I actually have a copy of the Cleveland Setlist I've been meaning to scan, it's signed by the band.CForever wrote:I saw them in Cleveland on the 24th, and this is the setlist they played, minus Forever and Legions. Great show!
