Let's see what contains!
I bet is the solution to our incredible goverment and crisis.
Yeah, maybe drawings for a global atmospheric stabilizing device, a space elevator and a fusion generator! Plus a genome map pinpointing the genes for aging and cancer, so average human lifespan will be about 600 years from now on.
On the other hand, maybe they just filled it with sandwiches, and also put a pot of fresh hot coffee and a few bananas in there. "People in the future are bound to be hungry too!"

or tickets for La riviera strato concert?! or maybe the stolen guitar? or AAAAAAAAAAAA's password?!
of course it sounds a bit bizarre, but hey, if it's true I think, it's curious.

Honestly, if the average lifespan became 600 years, human society would systematically destabilize before anyone hit 200

If our life spans suddenly became 600 years, then hopefully I'd get to see you guys live at least once
Are you guys sure its a time capsule?
I have heard reliable reports (from Timo Tolkki's brother) that its actually Madrid's effort to make a statue for Tobias Sammet.
I think it turned out pretty well!
I love the way you always shelter yourself from the tears of the upcoming posters' posts. LOL OUTRAGE CAN'T BE AND SAMMET IS OUT OF HIS MIND!
The inside of that box should remain as a secret. No-one should never open it. Some people would become angry about it, but at least mankind had its one big secret. Have you guys played the new Monkey Island games? "What's in this box?" "That's a secret." "Oooh, what kind of secret?" "If I knew that, it wouldn't be a secret." <3
This is interesting. I am sure lots of discussion is going on as to what is in the box.
But, they should be very careful In the movies when an old box is opened a werewolf or vampire always pops out!
AAAAAAAAAA wrote:Now that I have your attention, can you explain to all of us, once and for all, why Stratovarius is misspelled in your avatar!?
I better have two this time:
I already did somewhere around here, possibly on the Spam forum. It's like of a pun. Someone said at one point I was collecting Stratovarius albums like a magpie collects anything that shines. And, well, varis is the Finnish word for crow. And it's not a majestic eagle flying on my avatar, but a crow. All this is pitiful, I know. It's not as if there were many misspelled Stratovarius logos in the internet though.
<EDIT> Just made an interesting discovery. Googled pictures for "varis" and found a picture taken by Pekka NurmiNEN!
But, they should be very careful Worried In the movies when an old box is opened a werewolf or vampire always pops out! Surprised
Fuck yeah, that would be pretty...folkloric...
I have been watching too many Underworld movies!
Seriously, I wonder whats in there? Maybe a recipe for cure of cancer, or maybe some beautiful classic music or literature written down? Or clothing of that era, or something like that?
What if its something really sad, like the body of a child?
But what if its a hoax?
Even worse, what if someone just took a dump in the box and buried it as a joke?
4 volumes of El Quijote from 1819, a Royal statute from Spanish Royal courts from 1834, a book about Cervantes life, a Madrid guide for visitors from 1834 with a calendar, legislative texts, some important people portraits from that times, plus other objects...

Historical stuff. Interesting. Something for the historians to study and the Spanish students to get tested about.
So, pay attention!
