I dont ever remember there being a CD version, only the DVD.

Also I cant find the collectors edition but I did find the LP version!

This is the DVD Version. Nuclear Blast re-released it with the Bonus CD in a Double-CD Jewel Case. I habve it too.

I'd be lost with out my JVC turntable. The rice krispy sound effects only add to the music, imo. You too can get one for only $15. It is getting harder to find replacement needles, though.
