Members of Verkhovna Rada Ukraine's parliament, incensed over a new deal with uber-gangster Gasputin and sidekick "Mini-me" Medvedev that renews a lease for use of the naval base at the port of Sevastopol that was set to expire in 2017 by twenty-five years, shouted obscenities, tossed eggs and threw smoke bombs at the speaker, who was hiding from the barrage behind umbrellas held by jittery staff members as details were announced.

So it appears that the Russian Federation's once vaunted (and now rusty) Black Sea Fleet will get to keep its warm-water port in an area of dubious strategic value in exchange for deep discounts on natural gas and a possible promise not to turn off the pipeline when the Ukrainians are late paying the monthly heating bill to the state-owned monopoly Gazprom.
Many Ukrainian MP's are outraged over the continued presence of the former Red Navy in their country, and consider the new deal as a sellout by the current Kremlin-friendly PM Mykola Azarov.
