WTF? Amazon sells wikipedia articles?

Was browsing amazon and came across this:

I was like hmmmm no picture, no reviews, long list of people I'm interested in...somethings odd. Copy a sentence from the description into google in quotes and wikipedia is the top result. There are thousands of these books on Amazon for a variety of music related topics I searched.

I mean, sure its legal to do. But there's no disclaimer about the source of the information? I thought I could trust you Amazon!
