Uhh.. Yeah. I want to overpay for inferior hardware so I can run Windows 7 bootcamp, which is less functional that the more cost efficient asus that was designed to run windows in the first place.

In my case [and opinion], I rather "pay a premium" for a machine that can do all that an Asus can, and so, oh, so much more. -That is if I wanted that, of course.

Except it can't do more than my Asus. This is a much more powerful gaming machine than anything to ever come from Macintosh. It's HD and general media capabilities are at least as good, if not better than the mac equivalent as well.

I bought the Mac.


Here's why:
I went to best buy on Saturday to check out the Asus. Unfortunately they didn't have any left in store.
I asked about the Mac, but they only had the 1200 model and the more expensive 27" model. I could have gotten the cheaper one, but 1TB is just awesome.
I was about to buy it, but I decided to keep searching instead.
Off I went to the mall.
Fucking exit I was never able to get there. I had to turn around to take another exit in another interstate highway. Eventually I got there, like 30 minutes later for a 15 minute drive.
I entered into the Macy's store (like if that is important to tell ) and walked into the obnoxious shopping center.
From there, I saw the Apple store. I went in and got it.
What surprises me is that they have a cash register under the tables where the computers are.
But the main reason why I bought the Mac is to use Parallels and run Win7. Both OS are great, but think about it- I don't see myself running Snow Leopard on a PC. There's no point.
