It was a good interview, but one thing stuck out:

I always said that if Kotipelto, Jens or Joerg leaves the band, it cannot be called Stratovarius anymore. So therefore I think that decision was morally wrong.

So if Jari leaves the band, its totally ok to continue. But god forbid Jorg quits. How can we go on??

Easy. Jari was never an important member like Kotipelto, Jens or Jorg. Or can you say that if now Mike Terrana would be drumming in Strato but Jari would be still there, it would be the same?
Bass players don't get the attention like other members. Also Jari was not in the band anymore.
