Scarey, but the plans were halted in time. Makes you wonder how many more of these cells are out there.

Uh, said the plot was in conception and early planning stage, but apparently they blew their load early and didn't leave it long enough to actually arrest anyone or seize any incriminating evidence. I.e. the people involved managed to get away and are probably lying low and there's nothing to show for it other than 'Yeah, something was being planned.'

So this whole thing probably did more harm than good
