Anyone who has ordered the book, have received it yet? Mine was sent last week, but it's strange a letter takes so long to be delivered.

Anyone got it?

Sure, but shouldn't he refund 6 euros to the people who preordered it for 16? I haven't been noticed of anything... that's a pretty ugly move, if you ask me. We who preordered and pre paid should even have at least the same price now.

I don't know how the mail service works in Europe but in USA it's pretty normal for a book to take at least 2 weeks to arrive after it has been ordered. That's why it's called "snail mail". :) USA has shitty mail service, and the rates keep going up regardless.

hello Sherry, I have normally received in less than a week everything I have ordered through "snail mail" from Finland to Spain before, that's why I'm starting to worry... (besides the fact that it's about TimoTolkki and we know what he's done before with all these things)

Dear Chang,

The shipping/packing costs do not vary according to the items you buy.
They are fixed to Finland, Europe and Rest of the World.
We use Priority shipment which guarantees a quicker delivery. We decided using
this although there is a cheaper Economy shipment, but that takes 2-3 weeks.
You can check about the times etc from here http://www.posti.fi/english/

And if you have any questions about anything considering the Webshop, please write to me to shop@timotolkki.net

Kind Regards, Christine

Hi Timo, I'm from China. I have some questions about shipping. Does the shipping cost varys depending on the amount of books and cds I buy? And what shipping method do you use? by Air Mail? Is the packaging safe enough during the delivery?

Thanks! Best regards!

What would you say if the new price would be 26 instead of 10 would you pay more ???

I complain because I had to pay 6 euros more for the same book at the same time that some people are buying for 6 less. Imagine that you pay 16 euros for a concert and the people behind you in the queue start to pay 10 to get in. Wouldn't you feel cheated? Come on.

Should I complain every time a record I own is being sold cheaper than what I bought it for?
Should I complain if my neighbours identical house gets a better price offer when selling?
Should I shut up now? Sure I will!
