The Jeremy Kyle show - basically the British equivalent of Jerry Springer, except about 5000 times more judgemental and admittedly less violent, but still entertaining. Polygraph tests for couples accusing each other of cheating, DNA tests for paternity... Jeremy takes this stuff seriously! As a University of Surrey alumnus, I'm kind of proud, in a twisted way, that I went to the same university as this guy. Maybe I need to get out more.

Anyway, I recently discovered the programme after living in this country for the last 5 years - it's on during the mornings when I'd be at class or work, but now since all my classes are in the evening and I currently only work part-time, I have the odd morning free to catch it in between working on songs for the new album and studying... I've been missing out!
