Unrealized Songs

Does anyone have any idea what this... album(?)... is about? There are several download links for it around Google, supposedly 10 tracks and released in 2005 - but no information. Which makes me very doubtful.

But I have one song that's supposedly off of it and that I can't find in ANY other Stratovarius releases called Solitude, and it's my only lead. Was it some kind of digital release event they had on the web site or something?

It looks to be an unofficial collection of bonus tracks from various Stratovarius albums, much like the unofficial Singles And B-sides collection you can find floating around the internet. The tracks are real, the album is not.

"Solitude" was an unreleased Stratovarius song (presumably from Fourth Dimension since Kotipelto is singing) which was included on the South American version of Timo Tolkki's 1994 solo album Classical Variations And Themes.

Ah. Well, that explains it - Wikipedia seems to be missing that Timo bonus track album info. Glad that I now know where the song is from, though. Thanks.
