Well, I think that Kotipelto compositions are not Stratovarius-like compositions. Sometimes people use to compare it to Strato power metal songs... I like very much his stuff, and for me their best songs are:

1- Last Defender (Serenity).
2- Mr. Know it All (Serenity).
3- Coldness of My Mind (Coldness).

I like "Waiting For The Dawn2 too. But as a solo albums I like too much "Coldness" for the feeling that has all the album. Dark, obscure, but deep.

Serenity is his best album, by far. I hope someday he'll release a new album.

Man, it's hard listing just three songs, if I could I'd list the entire of the Serenity album! Easily one of my favorite albums of all time.

I didn't know people liked the Serenity album so much.
To me it has a bunch of excellent songs and then really weak fillers. Coldness on the other hand is amazing and Waiting for the Dawn could very well be a strato-album.
