is not exactly a plagiarism , but in fact it does used a "classical theme" or "scale" if you will that might sound very similar to other classic compositions.
for example.
if you want to do a egypt song or arabic song, there are scales that resemble those sounds, and can give "character" to a particular song.
is the same with this.
if I had to guess, maybe nicolo paganini`s sonata had some shades of that intro , but im pretty sure someone else can find something more acurrate to compare with.
