I love how the structure and meaning broke down as the poem progressed. As the poet descended into madness!

I don't know where the family-doctors learnt to write by hand, the not legible and perplex recipes, but some seem to be very interested in pharmacology, and balance the decodes to basic categories. But they have often a lack of understanding of the written or verbal inside message.
