It was reported that it was a busier than usual activity around the nuclear test sites.
Maybe someone brought pizza?

I mean, that's a very big treat for those poor, deprived folks. Seriously.

Touring in Delusional People of Retarded of Korea is like sending you to an asylum full of brainwashed idiots around. It's very hard to have some business talks for those idiots and they have some very strict (and unnecessary) policies for that. At least in my case, I'm more on to the academic side since the people here are needed to learn engrish.

Did South Korea really demand all foreigners, especially Americans, to leave South Korea because they are seriously afraid N. Korea is going to lob a missile down their way? Or was that just press propaganda?
I'd think Japan would be a little afraid, too.

I don't think so, since both sides are having some strong tourist attraction.
Unless they gonna do a total war, they gonna link to their places and preparing for Starcraft 2 battle.

North Korea warned foreigners that they couldn't guarantee their safety, not South Korea.

All the fuss is about the declaration of war, severing of all economic links, intense rhetoric, announcement of the restarting of a nuclear reactor, and other whole list of crazy things they've said and done lately. The missile test is just the latest in this last series of craziness, if you've been keeping up with the news.

True, despite that the North still wants open business.

Yeah, I've kept up. It's just I wonder why they are being such a "tempest in the teapot". Don't they realize what a dangerous game they are playing?

The north has a very good and highly orchestrated propaganda much like Malaysia and Philippines where the government has almost total control to the media. In this way, they can lure much tourist as they want.
Nah, I'm not that stupid to praise this backward country as you see. Get on it.

So, N. Korea is just basicly trolling for attention.

Do tourists even go into N. Korea, or do they have to have the President's permission to go in, like Dennis Rodman.

I'm sure Kim would let Beyonce in,

no problemo.

Pretty much. China effectively controls N Korea - without China, N Korea would have no fuel or basic necessities. All the Chinese have to do is turn off the oil pipeline for a week and they'd come back into line. Or possibly nuke someone.
Also, in the event of any war, millions of N Koreans would flood into China. Given that there are already 1.6 billion Chinese people you'd think it wouldn't make much of a difference, but apparently they're not too keen on that idea.

NK is a useful buffer and lightning rod - they can do all the crazy shit to distract people while China does other things.
The question is when will NK stop being useful to China. If they keep overdoing it they will just become a liability.

Yesterday was the birthday of Kim II-sung and then the Boston bombings.

The Boston bombings were actually N Korea's nuclear attack.

CNN "analysts" were reporting if 'more sophisticated explosives had been used," that it "might point to right-wing extremists."
The administration can't let a good crisis go to waste. He'll probably make that fat, Communist über-dyke Napolitano at Homeland Security his next chief-of-staff as a reward for completely missing the threat.
This comes on the heels of other reports of arrests made in Pakistan of individuals that 'may' have been linked to the bombings. Quick arrests considering that these idiots failed to protect the people who were injured and killed yesterday.

What terrorist group creates a bomb out of a pressure cooker?

The Martha Stewart cult?

Seriously, I have never heard of such a thing.

That was well planned actually... Mostly the people are focused on the marathon so it's very easy to plant a bomb out of nowhere.
